We do not live on the premises, but we are available to assist if you need anything during your stay. This is a private studio apartment in a large home downtown Dayton. You have a private entrance and no common areas with other guests.

--$300 for unauthorized late checkouts - guest will be responsible for the cost of impact to the next booking
- Be considerate of other guests especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
